The Art of Sanjay's Super Teamis a fantastic art of book, especially when you consider it's the art book for a Pixar short that played before The Good Dinosaur. It's out of the ordinary to devote an art of book to a short, but I am so happy they did.  This book has many great pictures and a lot of character designs in its 130 pages. What's awesome too, is that it is only  $15.35 at Amazon right now.  Well worth the price in my opinion. 


I give it 4.6 out of 5

The Art of Planes   has a ton of great pictures, from concept to final designs.  I was not a big fan of the movie, but this book is well worth the price especially if you like planes and even some automobiles as well.  Although most of the book has lots of background paintings and fully rendered digital paintings of scenes from the film, it really is worth the price.  I give it a good 4 out of 5

The Character Design Blog is back!!!!

After a 4 month or so Sabbatical, the Character Design Blog is back. I have been doing The Character Design Blog for 5 years straight, and I didn't have much of a break from it.  There is a lot that goes into it, even though it might not look like it.
